Ready for your new favourite race? The Hawks Nest Standard distance is anything but standard, with a flat and fast bike course like this, its made for PBs. In this little slice of paradise, you’ll find it hard to believe you’re only 2 hours from Sydney.
swim 1.5km
Looking out across Cabbage Tree Island, keeper the water calm. Make your way into the rectangular swim from a beach start for a great 1.5km swim.
bike 40km
Leaving transition, you now head out for two laps of the flat and fast 20km bike course, get those legs pumping!
run 10km
Onto the final leg, you're now off on an equally flat 10km run course to bring it home.
