Elite Energy Festival – Exhibitor Space Application
On completion of an accepted application form, an invoice will be issued for payment in full. This will be required by TWO WEEKS prior to the Event day.
Please note that your EXPO position will not be allocated until payment is made in full.
Very Important, please note the following:
- Acceptance into the Expo and location of your booth will be subject to confirmation by Elite Energy Pty Ltd
- The Exhibitor shall not assign or sublet any part of said space without the written consent of the Event Director.
- Only the sign and products of the Exhibitor whose name appears upon the face of this application can be placed in the booth.
- All Exhibitors must contain products and signage within the boundaries of their assigned booth. Elite Energy Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove an signage found outside of the assigned area.
- At the conclusion of the Expo, Exhibitors are totally responsible for the appropriate disposal of ALL rubbish from their booth, otherwise a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.
- Bookings will only be confirmed when this form is returned together with full payment via EFT, credit card or cheque. No part payment will be accepted.
- If you require a Tax invoice before making payment, please send a separate email to the Expo Coordinator
- Elite Energy Pty Ltd reserve the right to remove any product not mentioned on this form in order to protect existing Event Sponsors.
