Feel the need for speed, maybe a step up from the Super Sprint (Enticer) or a hit out for something bigger around the corner?

Sprint racing has plenty of action and excitement as you swim, bike and run yourself around some of Australia’s most stunning locations.

swim 750m

A flat swim in Lake Munmorah into Budgewoi Creek and exting via Mackenzie Reserve Car Park


bike 20km

Once out of the swim, jump on the bike heading east along Weemala Street, left onto Mimosa Road and head North along Elizabeth Bay Drive until the bike turn before Birdie Beach Dr. You'll lap back on the same course for a lap turn around Weemala Street, bike leg is 3 laps.


run 5km

This run is one lap of the course which will send you south down Lake Street, right onto Ocean Street, left onto Budgewoi Circuit and through the underpass to the southern side of Budgewoi Creek bridge, then follow footpath around Budgewoi Point. Travel north until run turn at on footpath near Woodland Parkway Park and return on same route to the Finish Chute at Event HQ.

  • This Event is part of the triSeries
  • All our Events are governed by Triathlon Australia Policy and Rules. Full details can be accessed as follows:
  • The Competitor Categories are as follows:
    • 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ :: triSeries points for individual Male & Female competitors
    • 14-15, 16-19 :: Junior Series points for individual Male & Female competitors
    • Male, Female & Mixed teams, Clydesdale & Athena’s will be recognised on the podium and then we have ‘Race Ya Mate’ which has no podium prizes.
    • Age as of 31st December 2017
  • Request for withdrawal must be sent via email to Athlete Services
  • Please refer to Refund & Transfer Policy for details
On Event Day
  • Collection of your Registration pack is compulsory for all individuals entrants and only 1 representative from a team
  • These can be collected from the Registration Marquee, located in Mackenzie Reserve
  • Please check the Event Schedule for registration and transition opening times
  • Please bring Personal ID, TA membership if applicable
  • Junior athletes please bring your parent or guardian along with you

  • Can be accessed via the Results link at the top of the page.
  • Results will be uploaded as soon as possible after the completion of the event.
