Super Sprint

swim

swim 200m

Competitors will complete a 200m swim at Callala Beach in the pristine waters of Jervis Bay.

bike

bike 8km

The 8km bike course is a one lap course. Follow Quay Rd east from transition and turn left onto Callala Beach Rd. Cyclists will continue north along Callala Beach Rd until the turn around point near the intersection of Forest Road. Return along the same route back to the transition area.

run

run 2km

The run course will be a 1 lap 2 km course. Runners commence the run by running out of the transition area and heading west down King George St and onto the Myola footpath until the run turn. Complete the lap by heading down Quay Rd into transition.

* +$4.50 Day Licence if any team member/s is not a Triathlon Australia Member

^Event T-shirts /souvenirs are not included after 5pm 17 November, but may be available for purchase on the day in limited sizes

  • All our events are governed by AusTriathlon Policy and Rules. Full details can be accessed as follows:
  • The Competitor Categories are as follows:
    • 12-13, 14-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
    • Male, Female & Mixed teams, Clydesdale & Athenas will be recognised on the podium and then we have ‘Race Ya Mate’ which has no podium prizes.
    • Age as of 31st December 2024
  • Request for withdrawal must be sent via email to our Athlete Services
  • Please see Refund and Transfer Policy for details
On Event Day
  • Collection of your Registration pack is compulsory for all individual entrants and only 1 representative from a team.
  • These can be collected from the Registration Marquee
  • Please check the Event Schedule for registration and transition opening times
  • Please bring Personal ID, TA membership if applicable
  • Junior athletes please bring your parent or guardian along with you
