Pre-Event information	The award categories are: 11-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ The minimum age is 11 years Wetsuits, flippers are allowed but will not be awarded podium places Age as on race day Request for withdrawal must be sent via email to our Athlete Services See our Refund & Transfer Policy
On Event Day	Collection of your registration pack is compulsory for all entrants These can be collected from the Registration Marquee Please check the Event Schedule for registration opening times Junior athletes please bring your parent or guardian along with you
Presentation & Prizes	Please check the Event Schedule for the times All ‘age group’ place getters (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
Race Results	Can be accessed via the Results link at the top of the page. Results will be uploaded as soon as possible after the completion of the event.
