NSW State Team Time Trials & "Ride For Robbie" Weekend

To minimise confusion on the day, only Team Managers will need to present at the sign-in desk. Manages will need to

1. Collect their team form from the sign-in desk.
2. Indicate from the nominated riders which 4 riders will be starting for the team.
3. Get each of the 4 starting riders to sign the form and collect each of their licences.
4. For every starter who is a Ride Licence member and HAS NOT pre-purchased a Race Day Membership an additional $40 will need to be paid at registration to cover the cost of the Race Day Membership. Additional forms will also need to be filled out and submitted at the same time.
5. Submit the form to the sign-on desk, with the 4 valid licences at least 30minutes before the team’s allocated start time.
6. Team Manager will then be allocated 4 transponder tags and race numbers. (Managers that have not returned all tags by the end of the event will be billed $30 replacement fee per tag)

Please Note:

• Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Once the form is lodged, changes will not be accepted.
• Your team will not ride until all starters hold a CA Ride membership and a Race Day Membership (Ride CA, MTBA, BMXA, TRI members only).
