This amazing new concept is NOT the traditional swim,bike,run.
Taking place at Penrith Lakes Regatta Centre with a three-round format. The event is structured to test both the speed and endurance of every level of athlete offering athletes the opportunity to participate in a multi-round format comprising of short and sharp multi-leg events.
SBRX3 will be a maximum 3 rounds (Single for Super Sprint level athletes, Double for Sprint level athletes and Triple for the Standard distance athlete and above), with each round commencing on the hour and wave starts according to your age group. As the global sport of triathlon is forever changing, we are excited to allow our participants the opportunity to race like the icons of sport.

The Sydney International Regatta Centre (SIRC) is located 44km west of Sydney Olympic Park, about one hour’s drive from the Sydney CBD.
From Sydney – Approximately 1 hour drive time.
Take M2 and M7 to Rooty Hill Road N in Colebee. Take exit Richmond Road from M7.
Take Luxford Rd, Forrester Road, Christie Street, Dunheved Road and Andrews Road to your destination in Castlereagh.
From Wollongong – Approximately 90minutes drive time.
Once on the M1 head north up Mt Ousley and take the exit onto Picton Road.
Travel on Picton Road for about 27km before getting on the Hume Motorway in Wilton.
Follow Hume Motorway, M7 and M4 to Mulgoa Road/Tourist Drive 14 in Regentville. Take exit Mulgoa Road from M4. Continue on Mulgoa Road/Tourist Drive 14 to your destination in Castlereagh.
