Anything you enter on www.eliteenergy.com.au is only available to the event organiser, except if the organiser publishes the participant lists or results. We do not (and will not) release any details, including email addresses, to any other people, or other organisers.

Cookies – like many other sites, we use cookies to prefill fields for your convenience when managing your online account with us. Your internet browser can be adjusted to not accept cookies if you so desire.

Sensitive Information – Elite Energy may disclose sensitive information only for the purpose for which it was provided or as allowed by law.

Updating of Personal Information – Elite Energy holds personal information within the system which can be updated by you up until entries close off.

Access to your Personal Information – You have the right to seek access to the personal information that EE holds, as outlined in the Privacy Act (NSW). If this is required, EE would require identity verification from you and the specification of what information you require, in writing.
