Nowra is an easy drive from Sydney and Wollongong, and the course for this year's events is both picturesque and fast with the cycle heading out along the rich river flat country along the Terara road.
We have scheduled a kids Duathlon ages 7 – 9 & 10 – 11 to kick things off followed by the Enticer, Sprint & Olympic triathlons.

Illawarra Aquathon - Australia Day 2011
This annual Australia Day 'splash and dash' community fitness event is expected to attract around 2000 participants from all walks of life, from families right through to elite athletes and first timers and is arguably the world's largest Aquathon event. The atmosphere is simply brilliant with thousands of spectators and the swim in Wollongong harbour and run along the scenic North Beach precinct is a perfect way to celebrate just how lucky we are to live where we do.

Wollongong Shines
After an anxious week of nervous waiting, the clouds parted and the city of Wollongong welcomed back almost 1,000 athletes in the inaugural RMB Lawyers trithegong festival.
Nearly 400 athletes got the action underway in the sprint race, followed by 250 enticer competitors and another 200 athletes in the RMB Corporate Cup Teams event.
