swim 1.5km

Competitors will complete a their swim at Whiting Beach.
Once the swim is completed, competitors will run to the transition area at Whiting Beach carpark.

bike

bike 40km

Coming out of transition, you will head out of transition onto Harbour St, competitors will turn onto Wolli Road and head west for about 650m before turning left onto Angourie Road. Then follow Angourie Road until turning right onto Lakes Boulevard. The turnaround is located about 1.5km from the Angourie Road intersection.
Return on the same route to the lap turn on Harbour Street. Complete 3 laps of the course before heading into transition.

run

run 10km

From transition, you head out onto the walking path at towards the break wall for the first run turn. Then head west along the footpath past Ford Park for a run turn near the Marina. Return on the same route, complete the second lap and then down the finish chute.

  • This Event is part of the triSeries
  • All our Events are governed by Triathlon Australia Policy and Rules. Full details can be accessed as follows:
  • The Competitor Categories are as follows:
    • 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ :: triSeries points for individual Male & Female competitors
    • 15-19 :: Junior Series points for individual Male & Female competitors
    • Male, Female & Mixed teams, Clydesdale & Athena’s will be recognised on the podium and then we have ‘Race Ya Mate’ which has no podium prizes.
    • Age as of 31st December 2016
  • Request for withdrawal must be sent via email to our Athlete Services
  • Refer to the Refund & Transfer Policy for details
On Event Day
  • Collection of your Registration pack is compulsory for all individuals Entrants and only 1 representative from a team.
  • These can be collected from the Registration Marquee, located in Ford Park
  • Please check the Event Schedule for registration and transition opening times
  • Please bring Personal ID, TA membership if applicable
  • Junior athletes please bring your parent or guardian along with you

  • Results will be uploaded as soon as possible after the completion of the event.
