The swim leg will be held within the sheltered waters of Wollongong Harbour.

bike

bike 8km

The cycle leg will take you up around Flagstaff Hill and along Marine Drive for a fast 5 lap course.
On completion, competitors will ride to the dismount area and then head into transition.

run

run 4km

This two lap run course is an out and back course from transition, heading south along the cycle/foot path to the turnaround point, then back along the same route.

  • This Event is part of the triSeries
  • All our Events are governed by Triathlon Australia Policy and Rules. Full details can be accessed as follows:
  • The Competitor Categories are as follows:
    • 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ ::  triSeries points for individual Male & Female competitors
    • 13-15, 16-19 :: Junior Series points for individual Male & Female competitors
    • Male, Female & Mixed teams, Clydesdale & Athena’s will be recognised on the podium and then we have ‘Race Ya Mate’ which has no podium prizes.
    • Age as of 31st December 2016
  • Request for withdrawal must be sent via email to our Athlete Services

On Event Day
  • Collection of your Registration pack is compulsory for all individuals Entrants and only 1 representative from a team.
  • These can be collected from the Registration Marquee, located in Lang Park
  • Please check the Event Schedule for registration and transition opening times
  • Please bring Personal ID, TA membership if applicable
  • Junior athletes please bring your parent or guardian along with you
Presentation & Prizes
  • Will be held in Lang Park

  • All place getters (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
Race Results
  • Can be accessed via the Results link at the top of the page.
  • Results will be uploaded as soon as possible after the completion of the event.
