  • Option two: This route has about 30km of dirt. Travel directly to Braidwood, turning left at Braidwood road to Nerriga and then following this road for 40kms. Turn right onto Turpentine Road.
  • From Turpentine Road (both options): Follow the signs to Tomerong and Batemans Bay.
  • Turn right at the Princes Highway, then turn left to St Georges Basin and Tomerong after about two kilometres.

  • At Tomerong, turn right to Huskisson.
  • Turn left and then right into Huskisson Road.

  • Drive over the bridge and take your third right onto Hawken Road.
  • Turn right onto Pine Forest Road.
  • Turn left onto Jervis Bay Road.

Road Closures

On the weekend of 19th – 21st February 2016, Huskisson will again be host to the Husky Long Triathlon Festival incorporating five Triathlons (swim/ride/run) over five different distances, Ocean Swims and Fun Runs. The Festival is supported by Shoalhaven City Council, NSW Police & RMS, and Triathlon Australia.

Throughout these dates, for the safety of competitors and motorists, and in compliance with Triathlon Australia recommendations, there will be some road closures in place in Huskisson, Vincentia and Woollamia that will affect residents and visitors.

We understand that road closures will have some impact on the community, and have endeavoured to design a course and time frame to minimise this. Wherever possible resident access will be granted, but expect delays and we ask for your patience whilst remembering that safety is our first priority.
