swim 200m

Competitors will complete a 200m swim at Callala Beach in the pristine waters of Jervis Bay.


bike 7.5km

The 7.5km bike course is a one lap course. Follow Quay Rd east from transition and turn left onto Callala Beach Rd. Cyclists will continue north along Callala Beach Rd until the turn around point near the intersection of Forest Road. Return along the same route back to the transition area.


run 2km (or walk if you like)

The run course will be a 1 lap 2 km course. Runners commence the run by running out of the transition area and heading west down King George St and onto the Myola footpath until the run turn. Complete the lap by heading down Quay Rd into transition.

  • All our Events are governed by Triathlon Australia Policy and Rules. Full details can be accessed as follows:
  • The Competitor Categories are as follows:
    • 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+:: triSeries points for indiviudal Male & Female competitors
    • 12-13, 14-15, 16-19 :: Junior Series points for individual Male & Female competitors
    • Male, Female & Mixed teams, Clydesdale & Athena’s will be recognised on the podium and then we have ‘Race Ya Mate’ which has no podium prizes.
    • Age as of 31st December 2016
  • Request for withdrawal must be sent via email to our Athlete Services
  • Please refer to our Refund and Transfer Policy for details
On Event Day
  • Collection of your Registration pack is compulsory for all individuals Entrants and only 1 representative from a team.
  • These can be collected from the Registration Marquee
  • Please check the Event Schedule for registration and transition opening times
  • Please bring Personal ID, TA membership if applicable
  • Junior athletes please bring your parent or guardian along with you
