Enforcer

The Enforcer distance will be the next distance to add to your race repertoire. This is your next “can do” triathlon. Race in a supportive atmosphere amongst other likeminded people and become part of the thrill and excitement of triathlon racing whilst gaining the absolute joy and pride that comes with accomplishing a personal goal

swim

swim 400m

The swim is a deep water start but very close to the shore, with the swim heading in a straight line to a swim buoy after which you turn right and exit the water via a ramp. There is then a run up a path, across the road and into transition.

bike

bike 15km

Once you exit transition, you will head left out onto the road, and follow the course in an anti clockwise direction, around the lake which is a 5km loop, that you will complete 3 times before heading back into transition to start the run.

run

run 4km

Runners will exit transition and head down toward the lakeside. You will run along past the grandstand, to a turnaround point alongside the lake before turning around and coming back towards the grandstand for a lap turn. Complete 2 laps and then head to the finish chute.
